What stays in your browser

If you save buildings, their Atlas identifiers are kept in local browser storage so the shortlist can remain available on that device. Search text and saved-building names stay on the device. If you allow optional analytics, predefined amenity categories and interaction counts may be measured as explained below. If you intentionally follow a consultation link and submit the form, the displayed Atlas context travels with that inquiry. You can clear the shortlist by removing saved buildings or clearing this site’s browser storage.

What the host may process

The Atlas is hosted through OpenAI Sites and delivered using Cloudflare infrastructure. OpenAI Sites records aggregate page views and unique visitors, and the providers may process ordinary request, device, network, security, and diagnostic information needed to deliver and protect the site. The Atlas does not send inquiry content to a ChatGPT model. This release contains no advertising pixel, remarketing audience, or Atlas-side lead database. The map downloads tiles from OpenStreetMap; that provider may receive ordinary network-request information when you open a map view.

Your analytics choice

If you allow it, Google Analytics receives sanitized page paths and selected interaction events so we can improve the resource and understand which outreach creates useful inquiries. It is blocked until you choose “Allow analytics.” Ad storage, ad personalization, Google signals, and session recording are not used. Names, contact details, free-text searches, notes, budgets, saved-building names, and form receipts are not sent to Google. With consent, Analytics may receive predefined amenity-filter categories, Atlas property identifiers, interaction names, result counts, and shortlist counts so the resource can be improved without receiving the shortlist itself.

Raw campaign values, lead-origin values, UTM terms, and Google click identifiers are never sent to Google Analytics. Only predefined event values pass the Analytics allowlist.

If you choose a Mijalkovic Bennett team handoff, the Atlas may append the stored campaign fields and Google click identifiers to that owned link so the team site can retain the original source. Separate origin and placement labels identify the Atlas assist without replacing paid attribution.

Before a choice, limited visit-source and landing-page context stays in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes. If analytics is allowed, first-touch context may remain in this browser for up to 90 days. Declining or withdrawing clears persistent attribution and Google Analytics cookies. Atlas handoff clicks are not proof of a submitted inquiry. The team website measures saved submissions under its own optional measurement choices.

When you send an inquiry

Atlas inquiry links open the shared Mijalkovic Bennett Team form. Public building, shortlist and filter context can accompany the link; personal contact details are entered only on the team website. Submitted requests are saved privately in the team website’s database, and an email notification is attempted through FormSubmit to Lauren and Ivan at their Corcoran addresses. A saved request remains available to the team if email notification fails. The team form uses secure verification. See the team privacy notice for its processing and optional measurement details. Direct email alternatives address Lauren. Public-source links open third-party sites governed by their own terms. Do not send account details, financial statements, access codes or other highly sensitive material through the form.
