What stays in your browser
If you save buildings, their Atlas identifiers are kept in local browser storage so the shortlist can remain available on that device. Search text and saved-building names stay on the device. If you allow optional analytics, predefined amenity categories and interaction counts may be measured as explained below. If you intentionally follow a consultation link and submit the form, the displayed Atlas context travels with that inquiry. You can clear the shortlist by removing saved buildings or clearing this site’s browser storage.
Hosting & map
What the host may process
The hosting and network providers may process ordinary request, device, network, security, and diagnostic information needed to deliver and protect the site. This release contains no advertising pixel, remarketing audience, or Atlas-side lead database. The map downloads tiles from CARTO using OpenStreetMap data; those providers may receive ordinary network-request information when you open a map view.

Google Analytics is not active in this release. Limited visit-source and landing-page context stays in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes so it can accompany an inquiry you intentionally submit; it is not sent to Google.
Inquiry form
When you send an inquiry
The Work with Lauren form sends the information you choose to provide, plus non-sensitive Atlas and first-party campaign context—including UTM terms or Google click identifiers when they were present on the landing URL—through FormSubmit. Those campaign values accompany only an inquiry you intentionally submit; they are not sent to Google Analytics. The inquiry is delivered to lauren@mijalkovicbennett.com with a copy to lauren.bennett@corcoran.com. FormSubmit states that submissions may be retained for 30 days. This release uses a hidden spam trap and does not ask visitors to complete a CAPTCHA. Public-source links open third-party sites governed by their own terms. Do not send account details, financial statements, access codes, or other highly sensitive material through the form.
